In May 2023, Bathroom Butler conducted a comprehensive survey encompassing all Premium Bathroom Retail Stores in major cities across South Africa that offer multiple brands of heated towel rails, resulting in 129 stores being surveyed.

During the survey, sales staff within these Premium Bathroom Retail Stores were asked various questions, including one that inquired, "Which brand of Heated Towel Rails do you prefer to sell above all others?" with two answer options: "Competitor Brand" or "Bathroom Butler."

The survey results were tabulated, and the final outcome was adjusted to account for Premium Bathroom Retail Stores that exclusively sold one brand. In the final analysis, it was revealed that 81% of Premium Bathroom Retail Stores expressed a preference for selling Bathroom Butler, while 19% favoured a Competitor Brand.

While we take pride in these findings and believe them to be fair and accurate, it is important to note that this survey was conducted by Bathroom Butler and has not been externally audited or verified by an independent body.
