Shipping and Returns
Delivery
- We strive to deliver your heated towel rails and bathroom accessories as efficiently as possible. Once your order is confirmed by payment, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the specific item, quantity, location and availability.
- We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, please allow for longer timeframes during high-volume sale or order periods.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery timeframe, 2-7 business days
- Express Delivery: Estimated delivery timeframe, 1-3 business days
- Delivery Fees: Shipping costs are added at checkout.
- Free shipping available on orders over AUD $150.
- Orders with value below AUD $150 will have an AUD $15 shipping charge.
- Please enquire at info_aus@bathroombutler.com for express shipping costs.
- Tracking Information: Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your heated towel rails and bathroom accessories. If you are not, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom-sized or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info_aus@bathroombutler.com for return instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 – 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted if items are not returned in their original condition.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or error. If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping fees.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered. If you require a different product, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your heated towel rail or bathroom accessory arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at info_aus@bathroombutler.com  within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
