Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped out of the Bathroom Butler warehouse in West Palm Beach FL.
  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be processed. Orders are processed 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
  • Shipping Time: Please allow up to 7 working days for shipping within the US and up to 12 working days for Hawaii(HI) and Alaska(AK).
  • Shipping Costs within the US (excluding Hawaii(HI) and Alaska(AK))
    • Free Shipping:
      • Order value is higher than USD 150, and
      • Products ordered are smaller than 43 inch (excludes 43 inch towel bars and heated towel racks are that are 43 inch in height or width)
    • USD 12 shipping charge
      • Order value is lower than USD 150, and
      • Products ordered are smaller than 43 inch (excludes 43 inch towel bars and heated towel racks are that are 43 inch in height or width)
    • USD 30 shipping charge
      • Heated Towel Racks – Any one Product ordered is larger than 43 inch (i.e if one or more heated towel racks that is 43 inch in height or width is ordered). Due to the size of these items, the $30 shipping charge is per each item.
      • Bathroom Accessories – Any one Product ordered is larger than 43 inch (i.e if one or more 43 inch towel bars is ordered). The $30 shipping charge would be for the combined package.
      • If a combination of Heated Towel Racks and Bathroom Accessories are ordered then only the highest shipping charge value would apply.
  • Shipping Costs to Hawaii(HI) and Alaska(AK)
    • Bathroom Accessories – USD 42 shipping charge flat rate on all orders
    • Heated Towel Racks – USD 42 shipping charge flat rate per item.

Returns and Refunds

  • If within the 30 day period since your purchase you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund, less any return shipping fees, or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please send us an email customercare@bathroombutler.com of your intended return and provide your order number.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days of receiving the returned products.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you havenā€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
