This updated Guarantee only applies to bathroom accessories with RIGID Loc purchased after 1 January 2020, all bathroom accessories with RIGID Loc purchased prior to 1 January 2020 carry a 10 year Limited&nbsp; Guarantee. All other bathroom accessories without RIGID Loc mounting system carry a 5 year Limited Guarantee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Colour Finishes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The surface finish of all colour components (including PVD and other coating methods) of Bathroom Butler\u00ae bathroom accessories are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excluded from this warranty are damages resulting from force majeure (Acts of God), including, but not limited to, lightning and floods, fair wear and tear, misuse, wilful damage, negligence, repair of device without the approval of Bathroom Butler or damage resulting from incorrect Installation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The manufacturer\u2019s liability is limited to repair or replacement of bathroom accessories only. No <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">claim for consequential damage and\/or labour and\/or transport will be entertained. Damages arising from misuse of the bathroom accessory will render the warranty invalid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This warranty is only valid when the product has been purchased from an authorised reseller or country\/territory distributor, and is only valid within the geographical borders of the&nbsp; country\/territory that it was originally purchased. This warranty only extends to the original purchaser of this product and is not transferable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">*Some products or ranges are only available in selected geographical regions<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<br \/>\n<h3><b>CLEANING &amp; CARE<\/b><\/h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To keep your product in pristine condition it is important to clean regularly. Simply use a warm damp cloth then buff it dry with clean dry cloth.If you choose to use a specialized cleaning product such as a stainless steel cleaner, make sure it is Chlorine-free; or in the case of a stainless steel polish make sure it is Chlorine and abrasive free.When cleaning the wall or tiles around your bathroom accessory make sure the cleaning products are Chlorine-free as this could cause permanent damage to the surface of your stainless steel product. Do not use any acid based cleaning products or tile grout cleaner any where near your bathroom accessory as these cleaning products will cause permanent damage to the surface of your stainless steel bathroom accessory.<br \/>\n<b>Cleaning Colour Finishes:<\/b> Use only a warm damp microfibre cloth then wipe dry with a clean microfibre cloth. Do not use any household or industrial detergents and do not use any abrasive cleaning materials. Do not allow any residue from toothpaste, shaving cream, hand soap or other similar bathroom products to dry on the coated bathroom accessory surface. Clean off immediately with water and dry with a clean cloth.
